About
This growing family needed two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom but loved their neighborhood too much to move. We designed a second story addition that matched the existing roofline and exterior materials so it looked like it was always part of the house. The project required structural reinforcement of the first floor, a new staircase, and extended mechanical systems. The finished second floor includes two bedrooms, a full bath, and a linen closet with direct attic access.
