Guest Suite Basement Conversion

The homeowners had an unfinished basement they used for storage and wanted to convert it into a proper guest suite for visiting family. The project started with a full moisture assessment and the installation of an interior drainage system along the perimeter. We framed out a bedroom with an egress window, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a small sitting area with a wet bar. LVP flooring runs throughout for durability below grade. The laundry area was partitioned off with a frosted glass panel to keep it accessible without compromising the feel of the space.
