Basement Entertainment Suite

The homeowners had an unfinished basement with poured concrete walls, exposed mechanicals, and a single overhead bulb. They wanted a space for movie nights, a home office, and a guest bedroom for visiting family. We addressed moisture issues first with interior drainage and a vapor barrier, then framed out four distinct zones. The entertainment area features a built-in media wall, the office has a dedicated circuit for equipment, and the guest bedroom includes an egress window for code compliance. LVP flooring throughout keeps things practical below grade.
