Full-home Renovation

The clients purchased a 1970s colonial with solid bones but a completely outdated interior. Every room needed attention. We opened up the main floor by removing two walls, rebuilt the kitchen from scratch, added a half bath on the first floor, and updated all three full bathrooms upstairs. New hardwood floors run throughout, the electrical panel was replaced, and the HVAC system was upgraded to a high-efficiency unit. The exterior got new siding and a rebuilt front porch. Five months later the home looks and functions like new construction.
